Atomize is looking for a North American Sales Manager to help drive and support our growth in North America.
Location: This role will be located at our HQ in Gothenburg, SWEDEN (Atomize HQ)

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced North American Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in this dynamic sector. This role will report to VP of Global Sales.
- Increase market penetration through sales activities: Drive daily sales activities to capture market share, achieve revenue targets, and expand our North American customer base.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and functionality of the Atomize product. This can be done through webinars, online meetings, or in-person presentations.
- Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers who may benefit from the Atomize solution. This involves lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, comprehending their unique needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by effectively managing the sales pipeline, accurate sales forecasting, and strategic conversion efforts.
- Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and enhance our product offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular and insightful sales performance reports to senior management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales within travel and hospitality (preferably the hotel sector), including 2-3 years in a sales management or leadership role.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry, revenue management, and pricing strategies is a plus.
- Network: A well-established network and strong relationships within the North American hotel industry are a plus but not a requirement.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand market trends and customer requirements.
- Communication and language: Fluent in English is required; American native is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and proficient in software solutions.
- Travel: Willingness to travel if required.
- Personal traits: You thrive to work in a highly result-oriented environment, and you are self-motivated, curious, coachable, and resilient.
