Revenue Expert Viktoria Skraba Joins Atomize as Director of Customer Success and Client Services

Viktoria will use her experience leading teams at some of the world’s top hotel brands to help guide Atomize’s growing customer base and position the company for continued rapid success.

GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN – May 7, 2020 – Atomize-the revolutionary Revenue Management Software provider with its innovative hotel pricing intelligence engine-has strengthened its commercial team by recruiting revenue leader Viktoria Skraba and naming her Director of Customer Success and Client Services.

Viktoria brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, having led revenue, client services, and commercial teams at  Ona Hotels, Selenta Group, NH Hotel Group, IHG, and Melia Hotels over the past 15 years. At Atomize, she will work closely with hotel partners, providing onboarding and ongoing support. In addition, she will work with the management and engineering teams to build out Atomize’s global customer success infrastructure and organization.

Viktoria brings hands-on expertise leading various successful hotel technology projects, such as implementing multiple revenue management systems for several multi-property groups. She has guided hotels through the opening, repositioning, and rebranding processes.

Viktoria’s impressive track record includes numerous senior hotel management roles, most recently serving as the Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing for Ona Hotels. Across Ona’s 40 properties in Spain and North Africa, successfully relaunching the properties after the 1st covid wave in 2020.  

Viktoria holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Lund University in Sweden as well as a Data Science degree covering coding and machine learning from IE Business School in Spain. Her native languages are Latvian and Russian, but she is also fluent in German, Swedish, English and Spanish. Viktoria has lived in Barcelona for the past five years.
