Royal Garden Hotel London has chosen Atomize as their Revenue Management Software provider

GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN – December 14, 2021 

One of the most prestigious 5-star hotels in London, Royal Garden Hotel, part of WorldHotels Elite collection has chosen Atomize as their Revenue Management Software (RMS) provider.

Royal Garden Hotel is a historic and well-known luxury hotel, occupying a 1960s glass-and-stone building at the edge of Kensington Gardens in London. This sophisticated hotel with its 395 rooms and 17 sumptuous suites is known for offering unparalleled luxury in an elegant setting. It offers fine dining at its award-winning restaurants, a classic bar, well-appointed business meeting and function rooms, fitness facilities and a full-service spa. 

The hotel has been closed for the duration of 2021 for renovation and refurbishment, and the doors are set to reopen in April 2022. Gareth Quin, the Commercial Director, and Kristin Gamnes, the Revenue Manager, have been working hard in parallel to update the tech stack by selecting the best solutions in order to future-proof the operation. Their ambition is to create a lean and efficient revenue management process and Atomize is an important part of this technology puzzle.

During the selection process of the RMS, the team also reviewed some of the older, and more traditional solutions but decided to go for Atomize due to several key factors; Atomize’s ability to consider future booking intentions and to optimize and set prices dynamically per room type is a big step towards more proactive pricing. In addition, the combination of Atomize’s real-time pricing and JUYO’s BI solution as the reporting tool was another deal-clincher for them.
